How do I create a MoonHaul account? +
Download MoonHaul from the Google Play Store, open the app, and tap "Sign Up". Enter your name, email address, phone number, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account and you're ready to go.
Why does MoonHaul need access to my location? +
MoonHaul uses your GPS location to track active jobs in real time, enabling fleet managers to see driver positions on the map, calculate route progress, and confirm pickups and deliveries. Location access is required for core features. You can review exactly how location data is used in our Privacy Policy.
How do I accept a job as a driver? +
When a dispatcher assigns a job to you, you'll receive a push notification. Open the app and tap the notification or go to your "My Jobs" tab to see pending assignments. Tap the job and press "Accept" to confirm. The job will then appear as active and your location tracking will begin for that job.
How do I reset my password? +
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter the email address associated with your account and tap "Send Reset Link". Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset link. Click the link and follow the steps to create a new password.
I'm not receiving push notifications — what should I do? +
First, check that notifications are enabled for MoonHaul in your Android device settings (Settings → Apps → MoonHaul → Notifications). Also ensure you have an active internet connection. If notifications are still not arriving, try logging out and back in to refresh your notification token. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
How do I request deletion of my account and data? +
You can request account and data deletion by emailing moonokisoft@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request – MoonHaul". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once your data has been deleted. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
The app is crashing — what do I do? +
Try these steps first: (1) Force-close the app and reopen it. (2) Check for app updates in the Google Play Store. (3) Restart your device. (4) Clear the app's cache in device settings (Settings → Apps → MoonHaul → Storage → Clear Cache). If the app continues to crash, please email us at moonokisoft@gmail.com with your device model, Android version, and a description of what you were doing when the crash occurred.
Is my data secure in MoonHaul? +
Yes. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored as secure encrypted hashes and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.
