How do I set up GPS tracking for my fleet in MoonTrack? +
After creating your account, go to the "Fleet" tab and tap "Add Vehicle" or "Add Driver". Assign each driver to their vehicle and ensure they have the MoonTrack app installed and location permissions granted on their devices. Once set up, you'll see live locations appear on your fleet map dashboard.
Why is my GPS location not updating? +
Check the following: (1) Ensure location permissions for MoonTrack are set to "Allow all the time" in your device settings. (2) Check that Battery Optimisation / Power Saving mode is not restricting MoonTrack in the background. (3) Ensure you have an active internet connection. (4) Try toggling your device's GPS off and on. If issues persist, contact support.
How far back can I view route history? +
MoonTrack stores route history for up to 12 months. You can view historical routes by selecting any vehicle or driver and tapping "History", then selecting a date range. After 12 months, historical data is automatically deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
How do I add multiple vehicles to my account? +
Navigate to the "Fleet" section of the app and tap the "+" icon to add each vehicle. You can enter the vehicle's registration number, make/model, and assign it to a specific driver. There is no limit on the number of vehicles you can add to your fleet.
Does MoonTrack work without an internet connection? +
MoonTrack requires an active internet connection for live tracking and map display. However, the app will cache your last known positions and some data locally. When connectivity is restored, the app will sync any data collected during the offline period.
How do I delete my account and data? +
To delete your MoonTrack account and all associated data, email
